Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive in Inmar Intelligence’s Incentives & Financial Management division, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth by identifying, engaging, and closing a steady stream of new clients in the CPG industry. This hunting sales role requires a relentless focus on pipeline generation, strategic prospecting, and securing new business to fuel revenue growth. Success in this position depends not only on your ability to close deals regularly but also on your collaboration with other sellers across Inmar’s business units to uncover leads and identify cross-sell opportunities. Primary Accountabilities:

Influence (50%)
-
Develop/utilize innovative networking skills to drive pipeline development at the decision making level
-
Perform outbound cold calls to generate leads/opportunities
-
Use various resources to set up and manage outbound client communications
-
Receives/responds to/re-directs sales call-ins
-
Effectively screen prospects/ leads to ensure they are qualified
-
Perform sales presentations, including demonstration of web-based tools
-
Negotiate contractual terms and conditions
-
Work collaboratively with other Inmar sellers to identify cross sell opportunities
-

Administrative (50%)

Research industry to generate leads

Secure calls/meetings with prospective clients
-
Properly document and disposition all opportunities in salesforce.com and manage follow up
-
Collect accurate document to flawlessly onboard new clients

Required Qualification:
-
Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required
-
Minimum of 1-2 years related work experience preferred in lead generation, sales support or inside sales and/or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position. But 2 - 5 years of any professional, business experience is desired.

Interest in learning about the fast paced Consumer Promotion Goods (CPG) industry

Strong questioning skills and the patience to hear customer out

Demonstrates good decision making when to leverage additional resources to move deals past obstacles

Effectively interface with other departments to gather information and/or assist potential Clients

Compose professional business correspondence, proposals and reports

Experience with Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Sheets and Slides

Beginner knowledge or interest in learning CRM tools (ex. Salesforce and SalesLoft)
