Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) Contract to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and engaging diverse talent, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hospitality recruiting during our disaster recovery efforts during storm season.
- Partner with workforce centers for job fairs, ability to travel both in state and out of state.
- Conduct interviews in both English and Spanish, ensuring a consistent and professional candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings using our inhouse candidate database and job boards.
- Maintain accurate applicant records and documentation in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Partner with our vendors for additional candidate sourcing, and payrolling services.
- Ability to work quickly with a sense of urgency. Long hours may be required during storm season.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume, hourly, and hospitality experience is a nice to have.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when managing confidential information.
- Strong excel skills and the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience recruiting in the hospitality, or closely related industries.
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies for bilingual and multicultural candidates.
- Contract role for 5-6 months.
