Responsibilities:
- Welcome all guests with enthusiasm, a smile, and the proper salutation.
- Assist guests with luggage in the driveway and lobby areas.
- Utilize luggage tags to ensure proper luggage/belonging storage and/or delivery.
- Be knowledgeable about the Hotel facilities and events and local attractions; arrange transportation for guests as requested.
- Maintain a clear driveway/fire lane. Responsible for obtaining and securing all keys for vehicles temporarily parked in this area.
- Completely fill out valet tickets and secure keys to ensure the security of the guests’ vehicles. Valet Park guest vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the Hotel entrance and lobby area.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid U.S. Driver License.
- Developed English speaking skills with the ability to demonstrate professional communication with guests.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent bending and standing for long periods of time.
