We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a detailed-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating completed vehicle inspections to ensure accuracy, consistency and company standards. You will be working in a fast-paced, remote environment with a global team, helping maintain the integrity and reliability of inspection reporting for our customers.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-9:00pm EST

You are:

Detailed-oriented. Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in reviewing data and images

Excellent written communication skills, particularly in providing clear, constructive feedback
-
Comfortable working with repetitive tasks and staying focused in a high-volume environment

Able to work independently while maintaining a team-focused mindset
-
Familiar with vehicle inspections, automotive terminology, or condition reports
-
Experienced with using tools such as Google Docs, Slack and task management platforms
You Will:

Conduct thorough reviews of inspection reports and accompanying photos submitted by field inspectors including engine audios, interior and exterior conditions and vehicle history reports

Ensure condition notations and vehicle details are accurate and compliant with internal guidelines

Identify discrepancies or errors in inspection reports, make changes to inspections and provide clear feedback to improve performance

Collaborate with other QA agents, Regional Operations Managers and the sales team to ensure quality standards are met consistently

Track and document trends and escalate concerns when necessary

Participate in calibration sessions, process improvement meetings and training initiatives as needed
Must Have’s:
-
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)

At least 1 year of experience in a quality assurance, customer service or vehicle inspection role
-
Strong technical skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems at once
-
Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
Nice to Have:
-
Preferably 2-3 years in the automotive industry is a plus

Compensation Range of
Hourly: $18.00 - $22.00
