Sheehy Auto Stores seeks an energetic Part-time Receptionist. As the Receptionist, you will have the opportunity to impact our overall customer experience each day as our dealership's first impression representative. Are you friendly, professional, and looking for a flexible part-time position? Join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist!! 

Schedule:

• Fridays: 3:00 pm. – 7:00 pm.

• Every other Saturday: 8:00 am. – 6:00 pm. (Includes a 1-hour lunch break)

• Holiday coverage is part of the role.

• Additional hours may be available in a support role for our appointment coordinator team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors with a welcoming attitude

• Answer and route incoming calls in a professional manner

• Provide general administrative support to dealership staff

• Maintain a clean and organized front desk/reception area

• Assist with various clerical tasks as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or higher
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Must be available to work scheduled hours consistently, including holiday coverage
• A clean driving record & valid driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks (MVR, drug test)
