Position Summary:
The Automotive Cashier/Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities include handling payments, answering calls and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Provide administrative support to service and sales departments as needed
