Hyatt seeks an Associate Field Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Field Marketing team. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives on collaboration and is curious about the intersection of strategy and execution. As part of this team, you'll build foundational skills by supporting digital strategy, working across departments, and gaining exposure to both hotel-level execution and corporate brand initiatives. You’ll work closely with multiple teams, including Sales, Operations, Digital, and Brand, on a shared goal to drive hotel revenue. The Role
This position is responsible for supporting an effective digital marketing and media strategy for a portfolio of Field Marketing Program hotels, while helping to lead strategic initiatives, build cross-functional relationships, and develop skills through enhanced mentorship with Field Marketing leadership. The Associate Field Marketing Manager helps develop and implement online marketing campaigns to acquire new customers, increase hotel revenues, market share, and brand awareness while measuring and reporting on brand and property performance, and consulting with internal and external stakeholders. Digital encompasses organic and paid search, display/banner ads, mobile, paid social media, website, and email.
Additional responsibilities include:
•Support digital marketing campaigns for a portfolio of hotels, with a focus on paid search, paid social, SEO, display, email, and content optimization.
•Assist with managing and updating hotel websites, third-party listings, and online business profiles.
•Develop marketing plans and recommend budget allocation based on hotel goals, performance metrics, and industry trends.
•Participate in hotel or regional sales and revenue calls to align marketing efforts with business needs.
•Track and report on campaign performance, including KPIs, benchmarking, and key insights.
•Contribute to developing training tools and marketing resources for hotel teams.
•Ensure property marketing programs and initiatives align closely with corporate and brand strategic priorities.
•Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt's core values.
•Ability to travel up to 15%
Qualifications
Experience Required:
•3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Media, or E-Commerce, with 6+ months of marketing and developing integrated plans for a global brand
•Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
•Must be able to function at a fast pace in a service-oriented environment
•Proven ability to impact and work with all levels of the organization
•Build relationships and work effectively with numerous departments at the corporate office
Experience Preferred:
•2+ years hospitality marketing experience preferred
•Initiative-taking, goal-oriented, creative, self-starter with exceptional prioritization, time management, and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously effectively and competently, and the flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to changes and new technologies
•A passion for technology and digital media, including experience with communicating knowledge of evolving best practices and developing resources to action on web trends
•Ability and willingness to operate in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment
•Participant in inclusion activities and events
• On-property hotel experience
Skills Needed to Perform this Job:

The salary range for this position is $74,700 to $84,000. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
