Job Description:
Associate Healthcare Operational Performance Analyst
The Associate Healthcare Operational Performance Analyst (Payment Integrity) performs a variety of duties as part of a team that supports the successful growth and profitability of the business segment operations. This position works closely with operations and internal cross-functional groups, as well as interacts with assigned clients, to ensure deliverables are successfully met on time.
Key Responsibilities

Supports Operational Performance Leadership and Analysts with responses and coordination of internal team and assigned client requests, which may include, but not limited to:

Reconcilement and reporting for assigned clients or business segment.

Maintenance, organization, and storage of documentation (e.g., Assigned Client data matrices, Process flows, Standard operating procedures, and Templates).

Tracking and monitoring time sensitive assigned client escalations.

Participate in Key stakeholder meetings as requested and/or assigned.

Participate in projects and program initiatives, and complete assigned projects on time.

Gain required proficiency with assigned systems/processes in order to provide end-user 1st level support. This includes the triage and tracking of end user issues to determine a solution and/or escalation path leading to final resolution.

Receives assignments in the form or objectives, incorporates feedback to adjust work priority as necessary, and effectively works independently and with team to successfully meet business needs.

Participates in the development of platform builds to support company processes.

Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required. Some college completed or plans to complete a two- or four-year degree, is preferred.

Minimum one (1) year of related experience in the Healthcare industry or an industry which aligns with the skill set needed.

Client services and project management experience a plus.

Experience gathering, researching, and documenting data and requirements for projects and/or complex problem solving, is a plus.
