Credentials: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field., A master's degree is a plus., Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred, ideally to green-belt level.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management or similar business leadership, with at least 3 years in a leadership role., Cold Chain experience highly desirable., Proven ability to lead change initiatives and drive improvements within and across functions.
