Job Description:
This position is responsible for providing dedicated customer post-sale support on business information solutions that drive adoption, retention, build preference and attitude (brand) loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Provides post-sales support to customers on a defined set of business information solutions.
- Responsible for product adoption and utilization within assigned accounts.
- Conduct consultative onboarding and solution use optimization, aligned to customer use cases, persona profile and defined success metrics.
- Conduct a variety of activities in support of assigned accounts including, but not limited to, customer training and presentations, dormant user campaigns, introduction of new products and content, and meeting follow up.
- Identify and share leads and opportunities with sales partners.
- Serve as a liaison for customers in collaboration with Product and Segment.
- Utilize effectively all required processes, tools, and systems.
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Be able to travel minimally.
- Have the ability to build solid relationships internally and externally.
- Be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams.
- Have experience in Customer Success, Sales, Consulting or other business experience.
- Have experience working with small or midsize businesses.
- Be able to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills and presentation skills.
