Job Description:
A-1 Staffing is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Apartment Cleaner to work with one of our clients in the Omaha and Gretna areas. This role focuses on cleaning and maintaining apartments to a high standard, ensuring a welcoming and clean environment for tenants and guests. If you take pride in delivering quality work and enjoy helping create inviting spaces, we’d love to hear from you! This is a part-time to full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and bedrooms in apartments
- Perform tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and wiping down surfaces
- Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners
- Follow cleaning checklists and specific instructions for each unit
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management
Qualifications:
- Ability to speak and understand basic English
- Previous experience in apartment or residential cleaning is a plus, though not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
- Ability to work independently and adhere to assigned schedules
- Valid driver’s license, preferred
