Job Description:

Textile Exchange is a global non-profit driving beneficial outcomes for climate and nature across the fashion, apparel, and textile industry. We guide a growing community of brands, manufacturers, and material producers towards more purposeful production, right from the start of the supply chain.

By 2030, our goal is to guide the industry to drive a 45% reduction in the greenhouse gas emissions within fiber and raw material production. To get there, we are keeping our focus holistic and interconnected, accelerating the adoption of practices that improve the state of our water, soil health, and biodiversity too.

For real change to happen, everyone needs a clear path to positive impact. That’s why Textile Exchange believes that approachable, step-by-step instruction paired with collective action can change the system to make preferred materials and fibers an accessible default, mobilizing leaders through attainable strategies, proven solutions, and a driven community.

Joining our team means becoming part of a cutting-edge global non-profit dedicated to amplifying impact. Textile Exchange offers competitive compensation, including paid time off, discretionary annual bonuses, learning opportunities, and more.

The Project Management Office Analyst will play an integral role in supporting the Project Management Office (PMO) Lead as they build out the organization’s newly established PMO. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to both administrative and project management support across a wide range of cross-functional, high-impact initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Project Management Office Analyst will be responsible for organizing and supporting day-to-day PMO and project administration activities such as scheduling meetings, creating agendas, facilitating discussions, capturing and sharing notes and following up with teams and individuals on next steps.

The role also involves writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), drafting and refining PM templates and tools, ensuring documentation is maintained in alignment with SharePoint best practices, and supporting ClickUp administration—such as creating templates, onboarding users, and maintaining settings.

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, is comfortable with change and embodies a learning mindset. This person should be comfortable taking ownership over tasks with general guidance and coaching, following through independently, and looping back for feedback and next steps as needed. Success in this role depends on emotional intelligence, attention to detail, strong communication, professionalism, and a collaborative action-oriented mindset.

•    Proficiency with tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira, MS Teams.
•    Experience creating and maintaining project documentation (charters, timelines, dashboards).
•    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remove blockers.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
