FAAC Incorporated (FAAC) is seeking a Business Development Manger to join our Air Warfare Simulation (AWS) Division team. The selected individual will be responsible for AWS business development activities focused on our high-speed weapon simulation products used in flight simulators, air combat ranges and onboard fire control software.
The primary objective of this role is to expand AWS Business Development activities focusing on sustaining and growing the portfolio of AWS programs across major DOD customers and Industry Partners. The role is responsible for advocacy of AWS products and developing/closing new business in key growth areas of the division.
The successful candidate will bring a rich experience set that supports marketing FAAC’s AWS Division’s current and future high speed weapon simulation capabilities. The candidate will demonstrate the ability to engage effectively and efficiently with teams in a highly collaborative environment. This position reports to the Executive Director of Business Development for FAAC Military Programs.
Responsibilities Include:
- Day-to-day business development activities for the AWS Testing, Training and Analysis (TTA) business area and define new business opportunities that ultimately achieve the growth goals for the FAAC AWS TTA business unit.
- Day-to-day business development activities for the AWS Weapon Employment Software (WES) business area in coordination with AWS Division Executive Director.
- Responsible for AWS customer engagement and growth strategies in collaboration with the Business Unit, Division, and Program teams.
- Lead strategy formulation and articulation, mission and capability analysis, advanced development support, functional collaboration, and communications strategies.
- Creating, maintaining, and implementing a customer engagement strategy and senior customer visit plan across domestic military, government, and industry leadership. Creating and delivering an extraordinary customer experience with follow-up.
