Corteva has an exciting opportunity for an Agronomy Innovation Specialist to join our company in this remote role.
The purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional technical support, communicate effectively across teams, contribute to product improvement and ensure seamless experience for customers utilizing the company’s software products.

Relocation assistance is not offered for this position.
This role is 100% remote anywhere in the US.
What You’ll Do:
- Resolve software issues via phone, email, or chat
- Log and escalate issues to relevant teams for resolution.
- Provide product training to enhance customer understanding.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and drive to resolution, for escalated issues follow up to ensure issue resolution.
- Maintain constant communication on defects between your assigned domain leads, including Product Manager and Engineering Lead.
- Contribute customer feedback for product enhancement.
- Identify and communicate potential issue trends to leadership and relevant teams.
- Stay updated on new releases and features, including participation in pilot and beta releases
- Develop training material and troubleshooting procedures for support personnel and end-users, for your assigned domain area
Education:
- You have a high school diploma/GED.
