Manages external supplier, vendor and associated relationships. Measures supplier planned (i.e. contracted) versus actual service levels and performance. Ensures a positive link between supplier performance assessment, corrective action and continuous / lasting improvement. Partners with Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain and other stakeholders in Request for Proposal (RFP), Statement of Work (SOW) and contract phases of supplier engagement. Ensures that contracts and agreements provide high value for money.
Responsibilities
- Manages large and complex supplier relationships.
- Monitors performance metrics and trends relating to supplier capabilities and operational performance.
- Serves as the primary contact for all roadmap initiatives, program deliverables, SLAs and incidents.
- Manages the operationalization of supplier deliverables, commercials, etc.
- Leads and contributes to functional improvement initiatives, including but not limited to agent processes, company policies, training, and QA.
- Assesses supplier capability and addresses issues limiting performance.
- Communicates findings, concerns and resolution plans to key internal stakeholders, including Procurement and business leaders.
- Develops, implements and tracks the effectiveness of DN-sponsored incentives.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in External Relationship Management and/or Supplier Management.
- Experience in understanding and negotiating contract language and translating that to measurable business KPIs, SLAs and outcomes.
- Good business English skills (written and spoken).
- Financial Services or Retail Banking experience.
- ATM Industry experience preferred.
Salary Range: $95,000 to $110,000. Actual compensation for this role will depend on several factors including your qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, internal equity, and relevant experience. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the plan and/or program, whereby an award, if any, may depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
