Join Reno Orthopedic Center as an Advanced Practice Provider! We are looking for per diem/PRN Physician Assistants (PA-C) and Nurse Practitioners (APRN-FNP) to work as needed for shifts in our ROC Express urgent care setting.
You will see patients in one of our soon to be 5 urgent cares in the Reno/Sparks area, ensuring critical access to orthopedic care in the moments they need it most. Your contributions will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients get back to moving the way they want to be moving. Develop strong relationships with our surgeons and other PA-C and APRN peers. Find your people here at ROC.

What would you do as an Advanced Practice Provider in ROC Express?
You can expect to regularly:
- Assess and treat orthopedic injuries or conditions that may require procedures, referral, or further evaluation by an orthopedic surgeon or other health care professional;
- Evaluation of defined initial approach to elicit a detailed and accurate history, perform an appropriate examination, delineate problems, and record data;
- Make diagnoses and decisions about management and treatment of patient conditions;
- Perform diagnostic workups involved in performance and interpretation of common laboratory, radiological and other procedures;
- Order, prescribe, dispense, and administer medication and orthopedic devices as may allowed by state legislation.
