We currently have a career opportunity for an Adobe Workfront Architect to join our team.  We are headquartered in St Louis and this position can live anywhere nationally and work in one of our 23 Perficient offices or 100% remote.

Job Overview:

Perficient is currently seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our Adobe practice team as an Adobe Workfront Architect. The Adobe Workfront Architect serves as a lead subject matter expert on major accounts to integrate, plan, and manage business process workflows and associated integrations within the Adobe Workfront tool.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Workfront Fusion Development Expertise 
  • Our Workfront consultant will leverage their experience within the Workfront tool to ensure that it is implemented in alignment with best practices. 
  • Experience and comfortability in all aspects of Workfront Fusion development including deployment, change management, and testing. 
  • Comfortable in providing estimations on Fusion development and system and infrastructure requirements necessary for implementation. 
• Organizing and facilitating discovery and requirement capture workshops
• Writing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Epics and Stories
• Defining solution and technical architecture
• Working with program leadership to define delivery approach
• Owning business objectives and requirements during delivery, prioritizing and coordinating dependencies across teams
• Overseeing user acceptance testing and issues resolution
• Thought Leadership 
  • Help our clients define solutions, integration points, and overall implementation within Adobe Workfront and Experience Cloud integrations such as Fusion and Assets.
  • Lead and support new and existing Workfront implementations and assessments, manage Workfront environments, and provide training to teams and clients.
  • Possess multi-solution architecture experience beyond marketing technologies in areas such as data platforms, analytics, customer experience platforms, digital asset management, and others. 
  • Ability to quickly identify and implement best practices and patterns required for Fusion implementations. Ability to identify alternative and creative implementation approaches for complex client use cases.
• Internal Capability and Integration Enablement 
  • No single workstream is an island. We expect our Workfront Consultants to enable and enhance other workstreams, both internally and reflected in current client engagements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications  

• 5 years' experience developing and implementing Workfront, Workfront Fusion and or AtTask. 
• Experience driving discovery and strategy development. 
• Detailed and process oriented. The position requires an excellent grasp of complex and often-changing requirements. 
• Experience designing, implementing, and leading Workfront engagements.
• Experience and familiarity with all the Adobe Workfront out of the box integrations, connectors, and services 
• Work in one of our 23 Perficient offices or 100% remote.  No travel! 

Preferred Experience (Stand Out Experiences) 

• Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) for any/all the following: 
  • Adobe Workfront Core Developer Expert 
  • Adobe Workfront Core Developer Professional 
  • Adobe Workfront Project Manager Professional 
  • Adobe Workfront for Experience Manager enhanced connector Expert 
• Experience with Workfront administration and configuration 
• Experience leading Workfront discoveries and business process transformation for large clients 
• Experience with the Adobe Marketing Cloud products and integrations into Workfront (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager, AEP, etc.)

Additional Skills include:

• Subject matter expertise on Adobe Workfront platform, including reporting and common integrations (Assets, Fusion)
• Outcome focused with strong communication skills 
• Resilient, decisive, and hard working
• Capable of mapping out complex solutions in easy-to-understand formats for business leaders and non-technical stakeholders 
• Capable of mapping and defining complex data solution requirements

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $160,000 to $180,000.  Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
