What you can expect
Zoom is looking for Majors Acquisition Account Executives specializing in Healthcare to sell our Zoom Workplace. Our Acquisition AEs are tenacious hunters and prospectors that create opportunities to sell the entire Zoom platform. Our Healthcare sales team works with Healthcare organizations including provider, payor, biotech and pharmaceutical companies.

The team passionately engages with clients, with a focus on delivering cutting-edge communication solutions for Healthcare customers. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.
Responsibilities

Targeted account prospecting
-
Managing complex sales situations and sales campaigns

Sourcing and leveraging business from various leads
-
Creating, delivering, and managing client demos/ presentations, quotes/ proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

Engaging with C-Level and VP-Level Executives
-
Qualifying leads and identifying prospect needs, engaging technical resources as required

Managing quotes and proposals
What we’re looking for

Experience (5+ yrs) in a sales/Account Executive role

Experience with value driven prospecting methods

Experience with resale and referral routes to market

Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and other sales applications (Outreach and Zoominfo)

Understand KPIs that drive execution

Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$174 500,00
Maximum:
$389 400,00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
