What You’ll Be Doing:

💰 Keep Us Moving — Handle high-volume payables processing quickly and accurately.
📄 Invoice Expert — Prepare invoices and vouchers in PDF format, match invoices to batches, and code them into the AP system.
📊 Master the Details — Process expense reports, allocate costs, and upload AP transactions using CSV files.
💻 Be a NetSuite Pro — Code and post to the NetSuite AP database (experience preferred, but we’ll help you get up to speed!).
🔎 Stay on Top of It All — Reconcile AP accounts, support month-end reporting and accruals, and assist with ad-hoc reports.
🗂 Manage Payments — Process corporate invoices, expense reports, and credit cards; coordinate manual check requests; and handle recurring payments to keep everything on track.
📞 Vendor Partner — Communicate with vendors to resolve issues, research unpaid invoices, and ensure smooth operations.
🤝 Jump In Where Needed — Support other AP functions and help keep our finance operations running seamlessly.

What You’ll Bring:

✔ 1+ years of AP or accounting experience (a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus!).
✔ 3+ years of Excel experience — you know your way around spreadsheets.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you catch mistakes before they become problems.
✔ Effective communication skills — clear, professional, and approachable.
✔ Experience with NetSuite or similar accounting software — preferred but not required.
✔ A commitment to confidentiality and integrity — essential in healthcare finance.
