Position Summary:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented AP / Payroll Clerk to support our growing finance and HR teams. This role will be responsible for processing accounts payable transactions and ensuring timely and accurate payroll for multi-state operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-integrity environment and is motivated by purpose-driven work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately process vendor invoices, expense reports, and weekly check runs
- Maintain and reconcile accounts payable ledgers and vendor statements
- Support bi-weekly payroll processing across multiple locations
- Audit timesheets and resolve discrepancies in coordination with center leaders
- Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring payroll compliance
- Support year-end activities, including 1099 and W-2 preparation
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and system implementations
