Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive (AE) with a proven track record of “logo hunting” in the logistics sector. This role involves selling cutting-edge AI and data-driven solutions designed to optimize supply chain operations, improve efficiency, and drive actionable insights for our clients. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying new opportunities, navigating complex sales cycles, and engaging key stakeholders to close high-value deals. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling value propositions, ultimately expanding our footprint in the logistics market and fueling the company’s overall growth.
The Experiment You’ll Lead:
As an Account Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of RTS Labs’ growth experiments. Your mission is to identify, attract, and secure logistics clients who are ready to transform their operations through our innovative IT consulting solutions. You will:
- Research & Formulate: Analyze the logistics market to uncover new opportunities and craft strategies that resonate with potential clients.
- Build Strong Compounds: Develop lasting relationships with decision-makers in logistics companies, positioning RTS Labs as their trusted IT partner.
- Conduct Solution Trials: Collaborate with clients to diagnose their challenges and demonstrate how our solutions can revolutionize their operations.
- Catalyze Growth: Drive business development efforts, exceed sales targets, and expand RTS Labs’ footprint in the logistics sector.
- Refine the Formula: Use insights from market trends and client feedback to continuously improve our go-to-market strategies.
