Experience: Previous experience in scheduling, resource allocation, or similar roles is highly desirable., Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and practices is an advantage.

What is a Client Service Coordinator?
The Client Services Coordinator – Clinician will create clinician schedules, oversee the timely and complete assignment and completion of mid and high-level hours. In collaboration with the Regional Directors and VP of Operations will identify coverage for identified gaps in services. They will support in technology upleveling to support ongoing streamlining.
What your role is:
- Scheduling Coordination: Create clinician schedules to maximize productivity by coordinating client hours from various regions. Caseloads are to be maximized at all points within the month.
- FSO Compliance: Ensure compliance with Full Schedule Offers (FSOs) by tracking unutilized client authorized hours and taking necessary actions to fulfill them.
- Client Hour Management: Track unused client hours and collaborate with current clinicians to utilize them effectively within their schedules. Provide prioritized focus on direct supervision hours.
- Communication: Maintain open communication with clinicians, regional leadership, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate efficient utilization of resources.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of client hours, utilization rates, and compliance status for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Requisition and Hours Alignment: Compares available unused hours to open requisitions to allow for utilization of each authorized hour per month. If a mismatch occurs, will convene with regional leadership to align requisitions to hour's needs.
- Appointment Accuracy: Oversees process where all appointments on calendar are either billed or cancelled to ensure appropriate projection and reporting of hours.
- Planning Coordination: Will provide feedback to program design and implement changes based on stakeholder barriers.
- Technology Advancement: Design and implement technology and streamlining initiatives for mid and high-level clinicians.
- Other duties as requested by CSD leadership.
