Stephanie Slocum

About Me

Stephanie is an engineer and the founder of Engineers Rising LLC, a career coaching and training company. With a background in structural building, she worked as a project manager for 10 years on architectural building projects for large corporations and small businesses. She is the author of “She Engineers: Outsmart Bias, Unlock Your Potential, and Create the Engineering Career of Your Dreams” and the co-author of “Women in Mechanical Engineering: Energy and the Environment.”

She received her BAE and MAE in Architectural Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and holds Professional Engineer licenses from Maryland and Pennsylvania.
