YMCA at Green Hills is Now Hiring for Youth/Teen Center Staff
Position Type: Part-time
Pay Range starts at $13 per hour (or more depending on experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Build meaningful relationships with teens while supervising and ensuring the center runs smoothly.
- Lead activities based on teen interests, encouraging positive engagement and participation.
- Collaborate with the Program Director and Coordinator to plan exciting events.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment that reflects the YMCA’s core values.
What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum Age: 18
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Conflict resolution skills and the ability to model professionalism.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Required Certifications:
- New Hire Orientation before your first shift.
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification within 30 days.
