About the Role:Youth Athletes United is looking for an energetic and passionate Youth Sports Coach to join our team in Jupiter, FL! This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in young athletes' lives by building confidence, skills, and a love for fitness and sport. Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and lead engaging youth sports sessions and fitness activities
- Teach fundamental athletic skills, sportsmanship, and teamwork to youth participants
- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during training
- Provide positive reinforcement and individualized coaching to help athletes grow
- Communicate progress and updates with parents and guardians as needed
- Set up and break down equipment before and after sessions
- Maintain a fun, inclusive, and motivating environment for all skill levels
Requirements:
- Prior experience coaching, teaching, or working with youth in a sports or fitness setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents
- Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for youth development
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Background check required
