About the Role
As a Soccer Instructor, you will help lead youth practices and game day experiences for athletes ages 5–10.
Depending on the program, you may lead skill-focused training sessions or coach and manage a team during league games. Our goal is simple: create a positive environment where kids can learn soccer and enjoy the game.
What You'll Do
- Lead fun practices focused on soccer fundamentals and skill development
- Coach teams during games, ensuring all players receive fair playing time

Referee youth games when needed
- Encourage teamwork, confidence, and good sportsmanship
- Help athletes of all skill levels feel included and supported
- Communicate positively with players and parents
- Set up and take down fields and equipment before and after programs
What We're Looking For
- Experience playing soccer (recreational, school, or club level)
- Positive, energetic personality
- Comfortable leading groups of kids
- Ability to coach, encourage, and manage a team
- Reliable and able to commit to the full season (6 weeks)
- Weekend availability required
