• Lead age-appropriate martial arts classes focusing on techniques such as Karate, Judo, and other martial arts disciplines
• Teach students proper behavior management strategies to encourage respect, discipline, and focus during classes
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and confidence
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times, including supervision during physical activities
• Foster a positive environment by motivating students and celebrating their achievements
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate student progress and address any behavioral or developmental concerns

Skills

• Background in sports coaching or teaching physical education with a focus on youth development
• Knowledge of martial arts styles such as Karate, Judo, or similar disciplines
• Proven ability to work effectively with children and adolescents in educational or recreational settings
• Strong behavior management skills to maintain discipline while encouraging fun and learning
• Experience in childcare or working with students of diverse backgrounds
• Excellent communication skills to engage with students, parents, and team members effectively
