This isn't showing up, clocking in, and going through the motions. At Farms Work Wonders, you're an explorer, a builder, a creator.
We're a nonprofit social enterprise running five real businesses: a farm, a market, a glass studio, a bakery, and a restaurant. Every one is a place where you get paid to learn, grow, and figure out what sparks your curiosity.

- You want to get paid while you learn
- You're willing to work hard and learn as you go
WHERE YOU'LL WORK
Pick your path — or try a few: Lewis Farm, Wardensville Garden Market, Dakota Glass Works, Mack's Bingo Bakery, Mack's Bingo Kitchen, or Marketing & Facilities.
EXPECTED WORK SCHEDULE
Flexible. Once you choose your enterprise, we work around your availability and the enterprise schedule to build something that works for you.
COMPENSATION
Start exploring at $12.50 per hour
