Position Summary:
The WTE Office Assistant greets visitors to the Aleshire Center, Honors Program, Study Abroad, and WTE programs, and supports the faculty and staff Study Abroad.

Essential Functions:
Greet and direct students and guests to appropriate faculty/staff offices.
Provide basic information about all program areas to walk-ins.
Assist administrative assistants, including but not limited to, filing, and copying and scanning documents.
Assist Study Abroad faculty and staff with recruitment and marketing projects.
Perform additional job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Must be currently enrolled as a Washburn University student.
Must have a Federal Work Study package as part of financial aid.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in Word and Excel.
Attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Study Abroad experience.
Experience with Canva or Microsoft Publisher.
