Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes, and providing acute and rehabilitative care for patients with selected disorders of the gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and integumentary systems. Responsible for education, counseling, research, and administration components within the specialty of Enterostomal (ET), Wound, Ostomy, Continence (WOC) nursing.

Job Requirements

Required

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, upon hire 
• Registered Nurse: WA, upon hire 
• Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire 
• One year of recent work experience in the practice of ET (WOC) nursing, demonstrating expertise in the field, upon hire 
• Graduation from an accredited Enterostomal Therapy Nursing Education program, within 9 months from date of hire 
• CWCN, WCC, CWON, or CWOCN, within 9 months from date of hire

Preferred

• Bachelors Of Science Nursing and One year of related work experience in an acute care setting, upon hire
