Job Description
Automated Health Systems is seeking a Workforce Specialist to support contact center workforce operations and staffing coordination. This position is remote.

Responsibilities
- Monitor schedule adherence and staffing levels
- Assist with workforce reporting and data tracking
- Provide technical assistance to staff when needed
- Direct staff to internal support resources
- Support workforce planning and call queue assignments
- Troubleshoot operational or staffing issues
- Assist with reporting and process improvement efforts
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Associate degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of contact center or human services experience required
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and analyze workforce data
- Bilingual skills are a plus
