- Position Summary
- Temporary hourly-intermittent student assistant position available in Honors.
- Start Date
- Position available on or after September 1, 2026 and ending on or before May 21, 2026. Possibility of reappointment based on budget, department needs, and job performance.
- Job Description/Duties
- Duties include but are not limited to:
- Provide general administrative support for the University Honors Program.
- Assist with preparing materials for Honors events, workshops, orientations, and student activities
- Help with event setup, check-in, cleanup, and other event-related tasks. Create and update flyers, signs, presentations, and other program materials
- Assist with maintaining student records, spreadsheets, and program files
- Support outreach and communication efforts with current and prospective Honors students
- Help organize and maintain the Honors.
- Program office and shared student spaces.
- Make copies, scan documents, assemble packets, and complete basic data entry.
- Assist with inventorying and organizing program supplies and materials. Provide courteous assistance to students, faculty, staff, and visitors.
- Perform other related duties as assigned in support of the University Honors Program.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications
- Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
- Must have received and accepted Financial Aid award for the current semester/year in which you are applying.
- Salary Range
- $16.90 per hour.
