What You'll Do

As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll connect with clients virtually and provide professional guidance throughout their benefits experience.

Customer Service & Client Support

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

• Build long-term relationships through dependable, professional service

This position combines customer service, client education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales.
