What You'll Do
Customer Service & Client Support
As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Benefits Advisor, you'll work with clients who have requested information about their available benefits and coverage options.
Responsibilities include:
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and scheduled phone appointments
- Answer questions regarding available benefits and supplemental coverage
- Review existing policies and explain available solutions
- Assist clients with applications, enrollments, and benefit updates
- Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up support
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Help clients understand their available financial protection options
- Build long-term relationships through professionalism, trust, and exceptional service
Professional Development
