What You'll Do

As a Work-from-Anywhere Specialist, you'll work virtually with individuals and families who are seeking information about available benefits.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Connect with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Learn about each client's needs, priorities, and financial protection goals

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits

• Educate clients about coverage options in a clear and professional manner

• Recommend appropriate solutions based on individual needs

• Assist clients with applications and enrollment

• Answer questions and provide ongoing policy support

• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates

• Maintain accurate digital client records

• Build long-term relationships through professional follow-up and exceptional service

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

This position combines customer service, client education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be physically located within the United States

• Be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based technology

• Be willing and eligible to obtain the required state Life & Health Insurance License
