Train in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment!

As a Retail Work Experience Trainee, you’ll gain valuable exposure to the retail industry while learning customer service, merchandising, and donation processing. This training role provides the foundation for future retail employment opportunities.

What You’ll Learn:

• Customer service and teamwork in a store environment.

• Receiving, sorting, and pricing donations.

• Merchandising and maintaining store displays.

• Workplace safety, cash handling basics, and store operations.

Ideal For:
Individuals seeking hands-on retail experience and transferable skills in customer service.

Eligibility:
Must be pre-qualified for a Goodwill SoCal work experience program.
