Job Description
BCRC, Inc. (Beaver County Rehabilitation Center) is a non-profit agency that provides support to people with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities with the goal of increasing independence, fostering employment opportunities, and enriching relationships through community involvement.
As a part-time work coach, you will be employed in the BCRC Production Center at our location in Aliquippa, PA supporting adults with disabilities as they work and engage in community.
As a part-time work coach your schedule will be:
- Four days per week falling between Monday through Friday: 7:30AM to 2:30 PM
- No nights, weekends, or holidays
As a part-time work coach your pay and benefits will be:
- $18.40 per hour
- PTO
- Eleven paid holidays

Your role as a work coach will include:
- Training clients to complete work tasks
- Maintaining quality control on completed work
- Modeling professional work behavior
- Supporting clients in community inclusion that fosters the development of their life skills and targets their individual independent living goals
