Position Overview

We are looking for organized, customer-focused individuals to join our virtual team as Work Anywhere Travel Consultants. In this role, you will assist clients with exploring vacation possibilities and coordinating the details needed for their upcoming trips.

You may work with resort stays, cruises, family vacations, romantic escapes, group trips, tours, and international experiences. This opportunity offers schedule flexibility while allowing you to develop valuable client service and planning skills.

What You'll Do

• Discuss vacation goals, preferences, dates, and budgets with clients
• Explore destinations and research suitable vacation options
• Review resorts, cruises, accommodations, activities, tours, and transportation
• Present recommendations based on individual client needs
• Assist with arrangements using approved supplier resources
• Keep confirmations, reservation information, and deadlines organized
• Provide updates and respond to routine client questions
• Maintain accurate client records
• Continue learning about destinations, suppliers, and vacation products

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Organized with good attention to detail
• Comfortable using online research and digital tools
• Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities independently
• Reliable internet access and a compatible device
• Willingness to learn new systems and industry resources
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Spain, Australia, Mexico, or other qualifying countries
