Caregiver / Home Care Aide - Multiple Locations

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers and Home Care Aides to support seniors in their homes throughout Millville, Blackstone, Bellingham, Franklin, Mendon, Hopedale, Milford, and Medway, Massachusetts. Join a team that helps older adults remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home while building meaningful one-on-one client relationships.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide medication reminders and assist with pre-dosed medications when needed

• Prepare meals based on client needs and preferences

• Complete light housekeeping, laundry, linen changes, and trash removal

• Help with grocery shopping, errands, and other daily tasks

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support

• Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certification is preferred, but not required

• Experience is welcomed; training is available for dependable candidates who are new to caregiving

• Strong communication skills and a caring, professional attitude

• Reliable transportation is required

• Must be committed to providing respectful, high-quality care
