JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Women’s Locker Room Cleaning Attendant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our members and guests. This role focuses on the upkeep of the women’s locker room, restrooms, showers, and adjoining areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the women’s locker room, including restrooms, showers, sinks, vanities, toilets, and changing areas.
• Replenish toiletries, towels, amenities, and cleaning supplies as needed.
• Maintain laundry processes (collecting used towels, folding/stocking clean ones).
• Regularly check the locker room for cleanliness throughout the shift and address issues promptly.
• Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.
• Deep-clean surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas according to established protocols.
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are stored safely and neatly.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to management.
• Provide friendly, respectful customer service to members while maintaining appropriate boundaries and privacy.
• Follow all safety, health, and sanitation guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable working in a women-only space.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Job Type: Full-time or Part-Time
• Pay: $20 /hour 
• Health Insurance eligible at full-time
