Women's Health Receptionist Job Responsibilities: 

Greets patients and visitors in a positive and helpful manner.
Schedules patient appointments using the eClinical Works scheduling system.
Confirms, cancels and reschedules appointments as directed.           
Complies with applicable policies and procedures.
Contributes to organizational operations by performing other duties as may be required.
Rotate between three locations when needed.

Qualifications:
Prior reception knowledge a plus
2 years experience a plus
Ability to deal with fast paced office environment
Ability to multitask
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
 Ability to handle heavy phone/patient traffic while maintaining courteous and professional demeanor
