Winter Sports Attendant, 46 Below Cafe at Titletown

Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Winter Sports Attendants to join our team at 46 Below Cafe at Titletown in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Winter Sports Attendant, you will be responsible for handling ice skate and tube rentals and issuing passes to the hill and rink.

Unit Description

Delaware North has operated concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012. At Titletown, we operate Homefield Pub + Social, featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, and host special events, including seasonal sledding and ice skating.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service by greeting guests and issuing rental items upon payment
• Participate in set-up of stand, arrange inventory, and inform stand lead of any shortages
• Record transactions via the point of sale system and inform guests of the amounts owed
• Clean and maintain the areas for guest use
• Communicate problems to superiors and take initiative in handling routine matters and emergencies

Qualifications

• No experience or diploma required
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to multitask 
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays 
• Basic math skills to accurately account for cash and inventory

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in variable temperatures 
• Ability to bend, lift, stand, and walk for the duration of your shift
