Wat ga je doen?
Als Kassa/Servicemedewerker bij Media Markt zet jij je elke dag in om de wens van de klant te overtreffen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedere klant met een glimlach vertrekt, door actief mee te denken en complete oplossingen te bieden. Je helpt klanten niet alleen bij het afrekenen, maar signaleert ook moeiteloos of ze verder nog iets nodig hebben, zoals after sales, reparatie, online afhalen of een stukje extra service. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte geld- en goederenstroom en werkt nauw samen met het team aan een soepele dag in de winkel.

- Optimale en maximale klanttevredenheid, elke dag
- Het signaleren van aanvullende klantbehoeften rondom service, aftersales of online bestellingen
- Oplossingsgericht handelen bij vragen, klachten, reparaties of online bestellingen
- Een zorgvuldige afhandeling van kassa- en servicebalie processen
- Oplossingen bieden op het gebied van customer care, retourneren, reparatie en online afhalen
- Een prettige samenwerking en positieve sfeer in het team
