Position Summary: 

We're seeking a Graphic Designer to support our growing Wholesale markets. This is a fast-paced role for a designer who thrives on a small, nimble team, creating compelling work across digital, print, packaging, and merchandising. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision — someone with a strong grasp of design fundamentals who executes reliably within established brand identity systems. 

This person will report to the Wholesale Creative Designer and work closely with the Director of Wholesale Brand Strategy to support the marketing needs of the Wholesale department. We're looking for someone who cares about the work: sharp attention to detail, clean file management, solid grammar, and a professional manner in both written and video communication. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Design and execute creative across print, digital, packaging, in-store merchandising, and event spaces 

• Work within established brand identity systems while bringing each brand's personality to life 

• Balance brand consistency with fresh promotional concepts that support campaign goals 

• Translate briefs into effective creative solutions in collaboration with the Wholesale Creative Designer and Director of Wholesale Brand Strategy 

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment without sacrificing accuracy 

• Prepare production-ready assets that meet output specifications and quality standards 

• Proofread all work — copy, layout, and brand consistency — before submitting 

• Maintain an organized, efficient file system 

• Stay current on design trends, platform best practices, and emerging technologies. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 3 years of professional design experience; CPG brand experience a plus 

• Portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design fundamentals and creative thinking 

• Strong understanding of typography, visual hierarchy, color, and design principals 

• Excellent attention to detail 

• Working knowledge of basic grammar 

• Strong understanding of digital and print design best practices 

• Ability to follow creative direction and brand standards precisely, with minimal oversight 

• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills, including a professional video presence 

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop); After Effects and/or Premiere a plus 

• Motion graphics and/or video editing experience a huge plus 

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to consistently deliver high-quality work at scale. 

• Experience with DAM systems and workflow tools (e.g., Monday.com)
