Wholesale Administrative Assistant

Position Overview

The Wholesale Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the ISR Manager and, as needed, the VP of Sales. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, supporting daily business operations, and assisting both Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) and external Sales Representatives to ensure workflows remain efficient and organized.

Essential Job Functions

Key Responsibilities

Enter data accurately and maintain data integrity across company systems.

Update and manage digital databases and organized filing systems.

Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Learn and effectively use company systems, processes, and tools. Continues to look at better ways to handle processes.

Provide administrative support to the ISR Manager and VP of Sales as needed.

Manage email correspondence and assist with communications.

Prepare, distribute, and maintain memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes.

Compile operational data and prepare routine internal reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Support daily operational activities to maintain smooth and efficient workflows.

Assist ISRs and Sales Representatives with administrative and operational needs.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Skills

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous administrative or office support experience preferred. 2 years.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
