At Achieve Life Sciences, we're preparing for the potential launch of cytisinicline, a new treatment approach for smoking cessation and vaping cessation.

As we build toward launch, we're thinking carefully about what the evidence needs to look like across the full ecosystem: payers, Medicaid, government and public health programs, health systems and 340B entities, and employers. The audiences are not interchangeable, and neither are the materials.

We're looking for a quarterback. Someone to direct the clinical, epidemiological, and economic evidence packages, understand each one well enough to challenge it, and position it for the right audience in the right sequence. Not a modeler in chief. Someone who knows this territory, sees how the pieces connect, and can move quickly.

The question underneath all of it:

What evidence does a product need, for which audience, and in what sequence?

You may be someone who has:

• Built an integrated evidence strategy across HEOR, RWE, PROs, and health services research
• Worked in primary care, population health, vaccines, or another high-volume/public health category
• Developed value dossiers, budget impact tools, and evidence for formulary and payer decision-makers
• Navigated the economic case where the payer, the provider, and the beneficiary are three different parties
• Published in peer-reviewed literature and can move comfortably between scientific detail and access strategy
• Led external partners and budgets while still being able to challenge a model line by line
• Partnered across Medical Affairs, Commercial, Legal, and Government Affairs, and knows which evidence belongs in a payer dossier, which belongs in a peer-reviewed manuscript, and which belongs in neither
• Built something from the ground up rather than stepping into an established infrastructure

Or maybe none of that describes you, and we still want to talk.

Maybe you are a:

• Researcher who has spent years on smoking, vaping, or addiction and has never carried an HEOR title
• Clinician who knows how to construct an argument and has watched good evidence die somewhere between the publication and the decision
• Epidemiologist or health services researcher who wants the work to actually move coverage, guidelines, and practice

Maybe you have:

• Worked in perioperative or oncology care and have seen what happens to outcomes when someone keeps smoking through treatment
• Been executing someone else's evidence plan inside a large organization and you want to write one

Maybe you want your next chapter to be about the leading cause of preventable death (smoking) and one of the fastest growing public health problems we have (vaping).

We're particularly interested in people who are strategic enough to see the whole evidence architecture and hands-on enough to know when the details don't hold up.

This isn't about having every box checked. We're interested in meeting people who have built evidence strategies in complex, broad-population environments, or who have the judgment to build one here for the first time.
