About the Role:Project LeanNation Cumberland is looking for a passionate and motivated Wellness Educator to join our growing team in Atlanta, GA. Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on nutrition, healthy lifestyle habits, and wellness best practices
• Conduct one-on-one and group wellness consultations to assess client goals and needs
• Develop and deliver engaging wellness programs and educational content
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support long-term health success
• Track client progress and adjust wellness plans as needed
• Represent the Project LeanNation brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in the community
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive, supportive studio environment

Requirements:

• Background or education in nutrition, health coaching, wellness, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals
• Experience in customer service, coaching, or education is a plus
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends as needed
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a natural team player
• Relevant wellness or nutrition certifications are a bonus
