This position is dedicated to developing, implementing, and managing wellness programs that promote physical, emotional, and social health, ensuring our residents lead fulfilling and active lives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive wellness programs tailored to the needs of senior residents, focusing on physical fitness, mental health, and social engagement.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, fitness trainers, and other staff to deliver high-quality wellness services and activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs, making adjustments as necessary to meet the evolving needs of residents.
- Organize and lead group activities, workshops, and events that promote a healthy lifestyle and foster a sense of community among residents.
- Provide one-on-one wellness consultations to residents, offering personalized guidance and support to help them achieve their health goals.
- Maintain accurate records of program participation and resident progress, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in senior wellness to continually enhance program offerings.
- Communicate regularly with residents and their families to provide updates on wellness initiatives and encourage active participation.
- Coordinate with other departments to integrate wellness programs into the broader care plan for residents, ensuring a holistic approach to their well-being.QualificationsPreferred Education:
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Public Health, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.

Preferred Experience:
- 2 years of experience in wellness program coordination, preferably within a senior care or healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing wellness programs tailored to senior populations.
- Experience in collaborating with healthcare professionals and community organizations to enhance program offerings.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of senior health and wellness needs, including physical, mental, and social aspects.
