Welder

Rinvio is hiring a Welder for an industrial skilled-trades role in the Oakland, CA market. This is an hourly full-time W-2 role; exact client and site details are shared only with qualified candidates.

Pay: $32.00 - $45.00 / hr, based on experience and fit for the scope.

Type: Full-Time W-2.

Primary scope: industrial welding, fabrication, repair, fitting, layout, and production or maintenance support.

What you will do:

• Perform welding, fabrication, repair, layout, fit-up, and field or shop support for industrial equipment and structures.
• Read prints, follow work instructions, check quality, and document completed work or repair status.
• Coordinate with maintenance, operations, safety, quality, and supervisors to complete work safely and correctly.

Background that fits:

• Industrial, manufacturing, shipyard, heavy equipment, structural, or maintenance welding experience
• Comfort with common welding processes, layout, measuring, grinding, fitting, and quality expectations
• Able to work safely in industrial environments and follow jobsite documentation requirements
