The Little Gym is looking for an energetic, reliable, and people-focused Weekend Manager to lead our team and create an amazing experience for children and families. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both leadership and hands-on teaching in a fun, high-energy environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations and ensure smooth class flow
- Lead, coach, and support staff members
- Teach gymnastics-based classes for children ages 10 months to 10 years
- Deliver exceptional customer service to families
- Handle front desk tasks (check-ins, scheduling, payments)
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and positivity
✅ Qualifications
- Previous management or leadership experience (preferred)
- Experience working with children (infants through elementary age)
- Ability to teach or lead gymnastics/physical activity classes
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
